Scottish Health and Safety Executive appoints director

Dr Paul Stollard has taken up post as the new director of the Health and Safety Executive in Scotland.
Dr Stollard is an architect and fire engineer. He has worked in the safety industry for 25 years, and for the last four he was chief executive of the Scottish Building Standards Agency.
