Satisfaction with GP opening hours has dipped slightly, but patients are reporting improvements in access, the latest GP patient access survey has revealed.
Between January and March this year, 82 per cent of people said they were happy with their practice's current opening hours, compared with 84 per cent last year.
But more patients said they could get an appointment in 48 hours and book an appointment and contact their practice by phone.
