Mental Health Bill amendments

The government has made new amendments to the Mental Health Bill.
The amendments address the placing of patients under 18, advocacy services, victims' rights and conditions on supervised community treatments.
The Department of Health said the amendments 'address the issues raised either in the House of Lords or committee stage in the House of Commons'.
