Comment on: How CCGs can build leadership capacity
Postgraduate medical education has had a distributive leadership model for many years which includes training for clinical teachers and leaders of medical education. Training is delivered centrally and locally for trainers and trainees in leadership and management, mentorship and supervision. It also has a distributed quality management system overseen by the GMC, it's regulator. A model to use as an example for CCGs?
