Where did you get the list of Wave 2, 3 & 4 CCGs? Not sure your CSS boundaries are quite right - they are now called Commissioning Support Units. As far as I am aware Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Bath, Wiltshire, Shropshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Luton & Bedfordshire and Cambridge & Peterborough have not defined their CSUs. Also West Yorkshire didn't include Airedale, Wharfedale & Craven last time I looked. I don't think there have been any lookups provided for LATs (now called Area Teams) but the maps I saw published by NHS CB suggested they follow the Cumbria LA boundary rather than the CCG.
