Integrated Healthy Lifestyles Service
NHS Suffolk
NHS Suffolk is looking to commission an integrated Healthy Lifestyles service and is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualifi ed and experienced providers.
It is anticipated that the service will cover the following healthy lifestyles interventions:
- Smoking cessation
- Child weight management
- Adult weight management in 10% most deprived Middle Super Output Areas (MSOAs)
- Health trainers in 10% most deprived MSOAs
- Universal consistent and accurate healthy lifestyle messages
- Brief intervention training for health professionals and partnership staff about all aspects of healthy lifestyle
A priority for this service will be to target resources to Smoking cessation, Childhood weight management and the most deprived 10% MSOAs; by providing clients with an integrated service to satisfy their needs.
“Healthy Ambitions Suffolk” aspires to Suffolk being the healthiest county by 2028 and tender looks to provide healthy lifestyle services to support this vision.
On the 8th February there will be a bidders event which will describe the specifications and the tender process which will be undertaken to commission the service.
