Invitation for tender

We need a provider to work with us to deliver our Shared Purpose Programme.

Our Shared Purpose programme aims to understand the value of aligning staff in corporate support and frontline services around a common purpose: continuously improving the quality of healthcare.

We are seeking a provider to work with us and up to eight provider organisations from across the UK to design and deliver the support necessary to ensure the benefits are realised by the programme.

The successful provider will be made up of individuals from one or more organisations. They will have expertise and practical experience in supporting healthcare organisations to deliver complex change programmes, measure and evaluate their work and run a high quality learning programme. They will also capture and synthesise learning from across the programme.

Services will be required from January 2012 – February 2016.
