This innovative new programme is a joint initiative between the National Leadership Council, East of England Strategic Health Authority and the Appointments Commission.

Proposals are sought from experts in the fi eld of Board leadership development and talent management, for a provider, or consortium of providers, to develop and deliver an innovative programme for current Non Executive Directors who are Aspirant Chairs for NHS organisations across the East of England.

A briefing and clarifi cation session is planned to be organised to help potential providers by the second week of March 2010.
