NHS Birmingham East and North and Heart of Birmingham Teaching Primary Care Trust are inviting suitably qualifi ed healthcare providers, including General Practitioners, social enterprise/third sector organisations, partnerships and consortiums, to complete a pre-qualifi cation questionnaire to express their interest in delivering one or more of the following projects:

The deadline for completing the pre qualifi cation questionnaires is 12 noon on Friday 3rd July 2009.
All prospective bidders are invited to attend a launch event from 9am to 1pm on Thursday 11th June at Campanile Birmingham Hotel, Chester Street, Aston, Birmingham B6 4BE.
