As someone who reads the operating framework, PbR and contracting guidance as well as everything to do with the outcomes framework and such I would like to express my gratitude to HSJ for demonstrating to my wife that I am not alone in my diligence. (Apologies for the long sentence - take a breath...) I look forward to studying PbR road test guidance, page 168 and raising its profile accordingly. Useful highlight HSJ - thank you for showing your enthusiasm for raising awareness on such important issues at this distracted time of year. Merry Christmas to all readers KP

Interesting, dare I say, slightly inflammatory article - great headline, almost Daily Mail... Anons' suggestions at 1.20 and 1.23 would be great to see via webinar - you'd sell tickets to that! Go on HSJ - do some journalism - stop just reporting quotes? KP
