Martin Connor

Dr Martin Connor studied philosophy before joining the NHS on the Management Training Scheme in 1999. From 2002-2005 he worked at Greater Manchester SHA as associate director (health reform). He then took the role as policy adviser to the Northern Ireland Department of Health and from 2008 to starting the Harkness Fellowship had been leading the integration strategy in the Trafford health economy. His Harkness work is focused on integrated care for populations at the whole-systems level.
