Health Service Journal is putting NHS managers in touch with professional coaches for a chance to talk through their goals and work dilemmas.

Participants will discuss their issue - whether it is work-life balance, career change, future ambitions or professional relationships - in a telephone coaching session with a professional coach. A summary of the session will appear in the Working Lives section of HSJ.
