The biggest poor provision that i can see has been the leadership provided to the public services by this government. Instead of getting learning and understanding it set targets and introduced competition and choice. Each one of these is lazy management based upon no knowledge. Then when it didn't work you turned these into entitlements. After over a decade in power it is all about keeping labour in power and nothing about serving the people of Britain. The best way politicians can learn to serve the people of Britain is find these barriers and remove them based upon knowledge. No more ideology, listen, learn and serve.
