Comment on: Paul Stanton on the challenge of NHS governance
I am currently studying for an LLM in the legal aspects of medical practice at Cardiff University. In my second year I am required to write a dissertation. I had considered writing about the implications of Corporate Manslaughter and the requirements for all staff to be more proactive in their actions in order to protect patients and their organisations, and therfore for managers to communicate closely with staff to understand the implications of policies and procedures. I have an interim management position in an acute Trust which has at its core patient experience and patient safety. Do you have specific areas which would benefit from research? sheilarichards18@btinternet.com

Comment on: Stephen Ramsden on service co-design
Sounds excellent. Worth transferring to other Trusts. It certainly works in the States. If Trusts need interim support to adopt changes to patient involvement in practice I would be happy to help. Based in South West and can travel to South Central, West Midlands, London and Cardiff. Sheila Richards
