Calls for Expressions of Interest for the provision of NHS Primary Medical Care and related services

Croydon Primary Care Trust invites Expressions of Interest from all suitably qualified and experienced healthcare providers (including general practitioners, social enterprise/third sector organisations and other providers) to provide a range of primary care, enhanced primary care, diagnostics and minor surgery services.

 

The commissioning PCT is Croydon PCT and the services sought, are as follows:
- Essential, additional and enhanced primary care medical care services through an existing general practice in New Addington, Croydon
- Essential, additional and enhanced primary care medical care services through an existing general practice in Thornton Heath, Croydon.

The proposed scheme is subject to public consultation, in accordance with the requirements of the Health and Social Care Act 2001. Consultation has already commenced in relation to all of the above schemes.

New services to start at the above practices on 1st July 2008.

Those wishing to submit an Expression of Interest and Pre-Qualifying
Questionnaire in tendering for the contract are asked to do this in accordance with the instructions set out in the Memorandum of Information, to arrive before:
25th April 2008.
