The Health Foundation is looking for a team to design and deliver our new programme: Safer Clinical Systems

The Health Foundation is an independent charitable foundation working to improve the quality of healthcare across the UK and beyond.

We are developing a new programme, Safer Clinical Systems, which will test and demonstrate ways to improve healthcare systems or processes to ensure patient safety.

We are looking for:

A team to work with us to design the programme.

The team will work with the health services across the UK and will have expertise in:

• Clinical systems improvement approaches ( including but not limited to Lean)
• Patient safety
• Process and outcome measurement
• Knowledge capture and transfer
• Team development and reflective practice.

The work will begin in August 2008 and continue until July 2010.

This is a great opportunity for an expert team to work with the Health Foundation on this creative approach to improving patient safety.
