NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is the largest NHS Board in Scotland responsible for:
- the health of 1.2 million people living in six Local Authority areas;
- £2 billion of health services delivered by 44,000 NHS staff;
- six fully integrated Community Health and Care Partnerships – delivering health and social care services.
We established reformed organisational arrangements in April 2006 to deliver those responsibilities, with the objective of transforming our organisation and the way we work. We have an organisational change well underway with our Directors supported by an effective specialist development team. We now want to make a positive step change in progress by identifying a partner organisation to provide our Chief Executive and Directors with top level, specialist, transformational change capacity for the next two years.
If you think your organisation can provide such capacity – including a high calibre individual to work directly with us - please contact Gillian Duncan on gillian.duncan@ggc.scot.nhs.uk for a more detailed information pack.
