Calls for Expressions of Interest for the provision of NHS Primary Medical Care and related services

Eastern and Coastal Kent PCT invites Expressions of Interest from all suitably qualified and experienced healthcare providers (including general practitioners, social enterprise / third sector organisations and other providers) to provide the following:

Provision of new GP led health centres providing additional and enhanced primary medical care services in the Swale and Thanet areas. The service will provide general practitioner services between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm, 7 days a week, a range of clinical services including primary care, diagnostics and additional services and will work in conjunction with other community based medical and social care services.

The proposed scheme is subject to public consultation, in accordance with the requirements of section 242 of the consolidated NHS Act 2006. Consultation has already commenced in relation to the above schemes.
