Invitation to Tender for: Needs Assessment and Review of Older Peoples' Mental Health Services in Manchester

The Manchester Mental Health Joint Commissioning Team is responsible for the commissioning, funding and contract management of older peoples' mental health services in Manchester. In order to inform the team in making effective commissioning decisions and to support proposals for addressing gaps in service provision, a thorough needs assessment and review of older peoples' mental health services in Manchester is required.
We are now inviting tenders to carry out this comprehensive, fully inclusive needs assessment and review which will be used as the basis of proposals to be submitted to the PCT's Local Delivery Plan for 2009/10.

The PCT has a tender ceiling of £48,000 in respect of this review.
