Surrey Primary Care Trust is offering the opportunity for any willing providers to express an interest in supplying a range of primary health care services.

Surrey PCT is inviting expressions of interest from potential providers who feel that they can deliver the requirements contained in the specifications for the new services currently being procured through the Any Willing Provider model and who can provide high quality care for our patients. It should be noted that under the Any Willing Provider model, there will be no guarantee of volume or payment in any contract given.

The current Any Willing Provider service specifications are:

• Dermatology

• Urology

• Ophthalmology

• Orthopaedic, Rheumatology Musculoskeletal and Pain Management
