FINANCE: The cluster of eight primary care trusts in north west London had set itself a savings target of £142.3m in 2011-12 but achieved £116.5m.

The underachievement came entirely from the outer-north west London PCTs: Ealing, Hillingdon and Hounslow which were £14m, £3.7m and £9.1m underplan respectively.

Brent, Harrow and Westminster saw small overachievements on their QIPP targets, with Hammersmith & Fulham and Kensington & Chelsea coming in on plan.
