Are you having difficulty accessing hsj.co.uk? Follow these steps to retrieve your password or get more help
HSJ subscribers were signed out of hsj.co.uk when we relaunched the site on 10 November.
To access our award winning content, and to make the most of the new site, you will need to log in again. If you are having any problems please try the steps below. If you need more help then please contact customer services or call 020 3033 2626.
- From the homepage, select Sign in.
- In the ‘Email’ field, enter the email address with which you registered for hsj.co.uk
- Enter your password.
I have forgotten my password
- Select Forgotten password?, and enter the email address with which you registered for hsj.co.uk
- You will be sent an email with a link to create a new password. It should arrive within a minute or two. If not, then check your junk mail folder.
I don’t know my username or email address
Your username is the email address you used to register for hsj.co.uk. This will be the address to which you are sent news alerts from HSJ. If you don’t receive emails from HSJ or are still unsure which address to use, then email customer services or call 020 3033 2626.
I still can’t sign in
If you have entered your email address and username correctly, but nothing happens, then you may need to clear your browser cache and remove any cookies associated with hsj.co.uk.
On most browsers, to open menus used to clear your cache, cookies, and history, press Ctrl-Shift-Delete (Windows) or Command-Shift-Delete (Mac).
You will need to delete your history for the last day; please also ensure the ‘clear cache’ and ‘delete cookies’ fields are selected.
