WORKFORCE: 2gether Foundation Trust’s council of governors has re-appointed Baroness Rennie Fritchie DBE as chair to the board and chair to the council.
Baroness Fritchie has worked as a senior executive for over 20 years including as chair of Gloucester Health Authority and the South and West Regional Health Authority.
She is currently president of the Chronic Pain Policy Coalition; patron of Pied Piper Appeal; and ambassador for Winston’s Wish, a grief support charity for children. She was first appointed chair of the 2gether in 2008 and will now serve another three years.
The mental health trust, which provides mental health, substance misuse and learning disability services for individuals in Gloucestershire and Herefordshire, has also appointed two new non-executive directors.
Charlotte Hitchings has been a senior manager in large organisations for more than 20 years. She has held roles within marketing, business development, product development and community investment.
Richard Szadziewski has held finance director roles in seven public sector organisations and was director of corporate services in South Gloucestershire Council.
