Two new non-executive directors have been appointed at a trust at the centre of a row over alleged bullying and harassment to hit targets by the strategic health authority.
HR professional Mike Cutt and Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery managing director Nick Muntz are joining the board of United Lincolnshire Hospitals trust.
The trust’s chairman, David Bowles, left dramatically two weeks ago, alleging the trust had been put under undue pressure to meet access targets by East Midlands SHA. NHS chief executive David Nicholson has ordered an investigation into the claims of bullying and harassment against the SHA.
The trust says the new non-executives had been appointed before he left and are in addition to existing non-executives.
