Maternity networks are being invited to bid to become early adopter sites to speed up the implementation of Maternity Matters.

The aim of each project will be to develop capacity and capability in local health and social care economies, for example, by seconding out a provider or commissioner of maternity services to lead a piece of implementation project work.

Each project will receive a maximum of£15,000, and there will be an expectation for each region to be awarded one early adopter site so that learning will be shared both regionally and nationally.

The Care Services Improvement Partnership’s regional change agents for children and families will issue information on the process for submitting a proposal to become an early adopter site, by 28 August.
