This week, HSJgets personal. Today we have launched a new online service free to registered users of the website, designed to bring you the most relevant content direct to your desktop.

For the first time you can tailor what new content you are alerted to and search back over selected material from the last three months.

A range of material is also available exclusively online - either entirely new or designed to supplement magazine content. For instance, there are Good Management and Working Lives sections. The first is devoted to best practice, whether through case studies, expert opinion, resources and links to a range of partner websites. Working Lives brings you people management, careers advice and good employment practice.

A new online Opinion section features a range of our most popular and new columnists, as well as opportunities for readers to make their own voices heard more extensively than the magazine has space for.

You will also see some changes to the magazine itself. The Good Management section will now run every week while the Feedback pages have moved entirely online.

We hope you enjoy and value what we are doing online - we will be unveiling further developments before the end of the year.

If you haven't registered already, it only takes a couple of minutes - visit www.hsj.co.uk for details.
