PERFORMANCE: The North Central London primary care trust cluster called a meeting with the north London mental health organisation because “numbers of patients entering treatment are not in line with increased investment for 2012-13.”

A report to the cluster’s board said: “Provisional data for July and August data shows improvement in Barnet with 234 patients treated so far, but remains below the year-to-date plan. Enfield data shows 159 patients entering treatment in July and August and is again below plan.

“North Central London held a director-level meeting with the trust on 18 September to review the trust’s recovery plan and secure assurance that the 2012-13 target will be fully achieved. The revised plan will be shared with NHS London and will be monitored through the regular contract review meetings.”
