Trust’s plea to pay covid bonus to 1,300 staff rejected by NHSE

NHS England turned down a plea to fund the covid bonus for a large group of staff who had recently transferred to a trust due to fears it could set a precedent for payouts to other similar groups, HSJ can reveal.
