FINANCE: NHS Bath and North East Somerset is forecasting an underspend of £604,000 at the end of month seven of the financial year.
This is a result of a revision to the forecast expenditure for IT services which is now forecast to underspend by £166k. In addition children’s services are expected to deliver savings of £100k. Overall there continues to be improved performance in managing agency costs. Specialist services also saw a £133,000 underspend.
