WORKFORCE: Staff numbers at NHS Swindon fell by 14 per cent between April and December last year.
Since the beginning of April 2010, 99 employees (78 ftes) have transferred to other organisations (83 adult staff and 16 children’s staff). An additional 31 ftes have been lost due to staff turnover and recruitment restrictions. This is split into 9 equivalent posts lost in commissioning and 23 equivalent posts lost in provider services.
