WORKFORCE: Disappointing results in some areas of the 2011 staff survey has led to proposals to engage staff better at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Foundation Trust.
At its last meeting the board heard the trust was in the lowest 20 per cent nationally on some indicators and had a seen a deterioration compared with the previous years in areas such as communication with senior managers.
The board was asked to approve a series of actions including town hall meetings with staff, the development of a set of CPFT behaviours and the adoption of a target of 80 per cent on the net promoter score for staff.
