COMMERCIAL: East London and City cluster is one of the volunteers to develop an “implementation pack” for children’s wheelchairs.

Clusters have until the end of this month to decide which three of eight services they will offer under the Any Qualified Provider framework.

The implementation pack will include “service specifications, contract currencies and tariffs” that will be sent to other clusters that have chosen that service area.

The eight services areas are: Musculo-skeletal (MSK) services for back and neck pain, Adult hearing services in the community, Continence services (adults and children), Diagnostic tests closer to home such as some types of imaging, cardiac and respiratory investigations to support primary assessment of presenting symptoms, Wheelchair services (children), Podiatry services, Venous leg ulcer and wound healing and Primary Care Psychological Therapies (adults).
