The picture was taken, not at the X Factor boot camp, but at a publicity event for an upcoming charity football match. Councillor Aldred and Mr Burnham have each been coaching a football team ahead of a game that is due to be played tomorrow.
The event will raise money for people with dementia, and also provide yet another opportunity for the minister to squeeze in one of his well used football anecdotes.
