STRUCTURE: Cornwall Partnership Foundation Trust is planning to acquire children and adolescent mental health services, develop a perinatal service and become a single provider for learning disability services in Cornwall.
The trust’s annual plan set aside £0.4m to develop a business case for the personality disorder service during quarter one of 2011-12, £0.7m for North East Cornwall CAMH services and £0.16m for the perinatal service, both during quarter three.
The annual plan reveals Cornwall County Council is considering a single provider for the future provision of health and social care learning disability services.
The trust is hoping to be the single provider and has set aside £7.7m for the first quarter of 2012-13.
The trust is planning to work with other NHS providers to develop perinatal services
