COMMERCIAL: A new specification for outsourced HR transactional support has been developed, to be procured from April 2012.

Due diligence discussions with two potential suppliers for the operation of a single cluster-wide service level agreement are concluding and a recommendation on the preferred provider will be submitted to the January meeting of the Audit Committee.

The new contract will deliver savings of around £150,000 on the current arrangements and will run through to the end of March 2013. A rebate on the costs for the final six months of the Derby City HR contract has been secured.
