STRUCTURE: The west London hospital trust’s plans to merge with North West London Hospitals Trust will see a Strategic Outline Case submitted to the Capital Investment Committee on May 17th.
The plan will have to be signed off by the trust’s board first, having considered the SOC, prepared by consultancy McKinsey.
The chief executive’s report said: “In parallel the clinical vision and strategy will be developed by the end of May which will inform the Business Outline Case for submission to the June Boards.”
The trust became an integrated care organisation at the beginning of April, merging with the provider arms of Brent, Ealing and Harrow primary care trusts.
