FINANCE: Frimley Park Hospital NHS Foundation Trust hopes to maintain a net annual surplus of around £3m over the next few years, but expects a dip to come during the next financial year.

The financial plans are set out in the FT’s forward plan strategy for the next three years, which was submitted to Monitor in April.

The FT achieved a surplus of £3.7m in 2010-11 and hopes to end the current financial year in the black by 3.3m. It predicts a drop to £2.2m in 2012-13 before returning to a surplus of £3m in 2013-14.
