PERFORMANCE: The trust this month again recorded no breaches of the Department of Health’s guidelines on mixed sex accommodation.

Latest data for August – based on returns from all 167 acute trusts in England – show the trust did not breach the guidelines, continuing the trend from June, May and April.

By region, the majority of breaches, 361, were in NHS London followed by the NHS South East Coast with 275.

For the second month running, the worst offenders in the South East Coast region were Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust and Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust.
