PERFORMANCE: George Eliot Hospital Trust awarded itself an amber-green risk rating for governance in quarter four after achieving all but two of its performance standards.

The trust fell short of the standard for accident and emergency waiting times in quarter four and cancer treatment waits in March.

However board papers say key performance targets were all achieved in aggregate for the year as a whole

For emergency patients in quarter four, 94.65 per cent were admitted within four hours. In March, 84.2 per cent of cancer patients were treated in 62 days.
