
Graham Cookson
Professor Graham Cookson is Chief Executive of the Office of Health Economics. He is an econometrician and is best known for his work on health system efficiency especially labour productivity and skill mix in the English NHS. This research was critical to the development of the NICE Guidelines on Safe Staffing.
Alongside his position at OHE, Graham is an Honorary Professor at City, University of London and is a Fellow of Royal Statistical Society, Higher Education Academy and member of Royal Economic Society.
