PERFORMANCE: Issues with information technology and data quality in four community services have impacted on Great Western Hospitals Foundation Trust performance against the 18 week referral to treatment target in November.
The trust took on community services in Wiltshire under the transforming community services programme. In November only 93 per cent of non-admitted patients were seen within 18 weeks against a target of 95 per cent.
A report to the December’s board said podiatry, wheelchair service, stroke co-ordinator, and outpatient physiotherapy had affected overall performance.
