PERFORMANCE: Accident and emergency waits at Heart of England Foundation Trust have been identified as a “significant concern” after failing to meet the four hour target during 2012-13.
Board papers for the Birmingham and Solihull primary care trust cluster say: “Action plans have been developed with commissioners through the joint clinical commissioning group.
“Plans include robust escalation procedures.”
Diagnostic waits at the trust were also “of concern”.
