Herts hospitals miss stroke targets

PERFORMANCE: Both West Herts Hospital Trust and East and North Herts Trust failed to meet targets for patients spending time on a stroke ward with performance at 70.8 per cent and 78.9 per cent respectively in month nine against a target of 80 per cent.
