Many trusts across England understand that their greatest asset for leveraging data and AI is their people. Training and empowering staff directly is the fastest way to unlock innovative new use cases and benefits.

This HSJ  webinar, sponsored by and produced with Multiverse, will explore how The Dudley Group Foundation Trust has approached this challenge. The trust and its 6,000 staff provide hospital, adult community, and some primary care support to residents across much of the Black Country.

Watch to learn how to:

  • Identify AI and data skills gaps in your trust at scale
  • Scope and deploy best fit upskilling programmes for staff in a variety of roles
  • Measure the benefits of upskilling staff for both the trust and its patients
