STRUCTURE: An estates strategy produced by West Middlesex University Hospital Trust said an option to “sweat assets” included “the expansion and transfer of the renal service provided on site by Imperial Healthcare Trust to the fourth floor of east wing”.

Other options are “the development of a private patient unit in order to make use of the one or more vacant wards in Marjory Warren Unit”, “the expansion of maternity services to accommodate 6,000 births per annum” and “the consolidation of management space to support the above clinical changes”.
