WORKFORCE: Imperial College Healthcare Trust have appointed a new non-executive director.
Sarika Patel joined on 1 January 2013 and is a partner with Zeus Caps, a finance company whose chair is Mishaal bin Abdullah bin Turki bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, the second child of Prince Abdullah bin Turki bin Abdul Aziz Al-Saud.
In a statement, Imperial said Ms Patel had been responsible for “some of the biggest private enterprise infrastructure deals in India.”
Chair Sir Richard Sykes said: “Sarika is an excellent leader and brings to the board her innovative and strategic thinking. She has demonstrated that she has great track record for delivery. Her experience and knowledge of both public and private sectors will bring the highest level of expertise to benefit the Trust in our commitment to delivering excellent standards of patient care.”
She joins the trust after non-executive director Angad Paul’s term of office came to an end oin September. Non executive director Jeremy Isaacs’ term of office has been extended by a further three years from 30 September 2012.
