STRUCTURE: A new palliative care information and outreach centre is to be built at the James Paget Hospital.
The £1.5m centre - funded by donations - should be open by the end of the year and is likely to be used by 10,000 people a year.
The centre is supported by the NHS, local councils and voluntary groups.
