PERFORMANCE: Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust has warned that it is behind with quality account plans to reduce the rate of re-admissions for adolescents.
A statement on the trust’s website said: “We are currently on target to achieve all of this year’s Quality Improvement Priorities, with the exception of the target to reduce 28 day re-admission rates for younger adults.
“However we know significant work is being undertaken in the Acute Service Line to improve this position.”
