WORKFORCE: Angela McNab has been appointed as the new chief executive of Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust.
She will join the trust on 1 April 2012, having previously been chief executive of NHS Luton and NHS Bedfordshire.
Ms McNab has also been chief executive of the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority, director of public health – delivery and performance at the Department of Health, and director of healthcare at the Ministry of Defence.
In the meantime, Bob Deans will continue in his role as interim chief executive.
The trust also plans to shortly appoint an executive director of finance and resources.
