WORKFORCE: Richard Jones has been appointed to lead the NHS Commissioning Board’s Lancashire Area Team.
Currently Mr Jones is executive director of adult and community services at Lancashire County Council and has worked in a range of practitioner and management roles in Bolton, Manchester, Cleveland and St. Helens.
He was President of the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services and chaired the North West Joint Improvement Partnership.
